My first Ebay triumph–at least for the Olof Project: I’ve scored a decent set of tail-lamp lenses, made of 95% Unobtanium.
And today, a hydraulic clutch hose should arrive in the mail, sent to me (free!) by a very kind fellow in Vermont. Once the hose is in, the cylinders bled and (I hope) they actually work, then it’ll be on to the exhaust. NAPA has a section of tubing coming in tomorrow, and the front collector and rear muffler look quite usable. Finally, a water-pump is on its way from Florida. It’ll be disappointed to land in chilly Boonville, but some things must be done.
This is a terrible disease.
